Commercial terms become binding only through the applicable Order, subscription, Pilot Confirmation, EULA or other agreement accepted by the parties.
4. Ship2Invoice Software
Use of Ship2Invoice software is governed by the Ship2Invoice End User License & Subscription Agreement and any applicable Order or Pilot Confirmation.
These Website Terms do not expand the software rights granted under the EULA.
5. Downloads and Updates
Ship2Invoice installers, update packages, manifests, checksums and related files may be made available through controlled Ship2Invoice download or update services.
Users may not bypass access controls, alter signed packages, distribute unauthorized copies or represent a modified package as an official Ship2Invoice release.

You may not use the website to:
- violate applicable law;
- interfere with website or service operation;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- probe or circumvent security controls without authorization;
