References to Intuit or QuickBooks identify the independent third-party product with which Ship2Invoice interacts or describe compatibility, configuration and support requirements.

Ship2Invoice has not been approved, sponsored or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

A Simple Solution does not claim ownership of Intuit's names, trademarks, logos, software or other intellectual property.

3. Microsoft and Windows

Ship2Invoice is designed to operate in supported Microsoft Windows environments.

Microsoft and Windows are trademarks or brand assets of the Microsoft group of companies.

References to Microsoft or Windows identify third-party products or technologies used with Ship2Invoice and do not imply Microsoft sponsorship or endorsement.

4. Customer Third-Party Licenses

Ship2Invoice does not provide or replace Customer's license to QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Windows or another third-party product.

Customer remains responsible for obtaining and maintaining required third-party licenses and subscriptions.

5. Third-Party Services

Ship2Invoice and ship2invoice.com may rely on independent third-party services for functions including:

• website and network delivery;
• security and abuse prevention;
• email transmission;
• software signing;
• billing and payment processing;
• software downloads and updates; and
• other infrastructure used to provide the service.

Use of a third-party service does not make that provider a co-publisher of Ship2Invoice or imply endorsement of Ship2Invoice.

6. Third-Party Software Components

A Ship2Invoice release may contain or rely on software components distributed under separate third-party licenses.

Those components remain subject to their applicable license terms. Where a license requires attribution, copyright notices, license text, source availability or another notice, the release-specific notice or packaged license information controls for that component.

This public summary does not replace third-party license text that accompanies a specific Ship2Invoice release.

7. Third-Party Product Changes

Third-party vendors may change their products, interfaces, licensing, security requirements, support policies or availability.

A Simple Solution may update Ship2Invoice compatibility or supported configuration requirements in response to those changes.
